1. Overview
Oh Two Clothing (Pty) Ltd (“Oh Two Clothing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) supplies blank garments for retail, wholesale, and business use. Due to the nature of blank apparel products, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the terms set out below.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are:

Defective,
-
Damaged in transit, or
-
Incorrectly supplied,
you are entitled to the remedies provided under the CPA.
We request that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photographs where applicable
Upon assessment, we may:

Replace the defective or incorrect item,
-
Repair the item (where applicable), or
-
Issue a refund, at our discretion and in line with the CPA.
3. Right to Return – Non-Defective Goods
Blank garments are supplied in standard sizes, colours, and cuts. Returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, preference, or change of mind are subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery

Items must be:

Unused
-
Unwashed
-
Unworn
-
In original condition and packaging
-

All returns require prior written authorisation
For approved non-defective returns:

A 10% restocking fee will apply

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (outbound and return)
4. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

Custom-made, altered, or special-order items
-
Bulk orders where garments have been removed from original packaging
-
Items that have been washed, worn, printed on, embroidered, altered, or otherwise modified
-
Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery
5. Colour & Batch Variations
Due to the nature of textile manufacturing, slight colour or shade variations may occur between different dye batches.
Such variations are considered normal for blank garments and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return or refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:

To the original payment method where possible, or
-
Via an alternative method agreed in writing
Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after returned goods have been received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Return Shipping
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Oh Two Clothing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
8. CPA Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Where this policy conflicts with the CPA, the CPA shall prevail.
