1. About Us

Oh Two Clothing (Pty) Ltd is a South African-based clothing manufacturer and supplier. Our website operates as an online store allowing customers to place and pay for orders subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Orders & Stock Availability

All orders placed through the website are subject to stock availability, even where payment is successfully processed at checkout.

Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing and stock movement, certain items, colours, or sizes may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to:

  • Confirm revised quantities,

  • Offer suitable alternatives, or

  • Arrange a refund for the affected item(s).

An order is considered accepted only once stock availability has been verified. Oh Two Clothing reserves the right to cancel or partially fulfil an order where stock is unavailable.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%, unless expressly stated otherwise.

VAT will be calculated and added at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice due to material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or production inputs. Any pricing errors identified after checkout but before fulfilment may be corrected, with the option for the customer to proceed or receive a refund.

4. Payment

We accept secure card payments via our online checkout.

Payment may be taken at the time the order is placed; however, payment does not guarantee stock availability or order acceptance.

If an order (or part of an order) cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, any amount paid for unavailable items will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

No production or dispatch will occur until payment has been successfully received and stock availability confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

A flat shipping fee of R200 applies to most standard orders.

For large-volume orders or deliveries to remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated prior to dispatch.

We make use of trusted third-party courier services. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch. While we will assist with courier-related queries where reasonably possible, Oh Two Clothing is not responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by third-party couriers beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Oh Two Clothing complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

Defective or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you are entitled to the remedies provided under the CPA. We request that such issues be reported promptly after delivery to allow assessment and resolution.

Non-Defective Returns

For returns based on preference, sizing, or other non-defective reasons:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging

  • All returns require prior written authorisation

Exclusions

Custom-made, altered, or specially produced items are non-returnable unless defective or not as agreed.

7. Lead Times & Production

Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be communicated after order placement or confirmation.

Lead times depend on stock availability, fabric supply, order size, and production capacity. While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays may occur. OH TWO Clothing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from such delays.

8. Colour & Product Variation

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, minor colour variations may occur due to fabric dye batches or screen display differences. Such variations are inherent to textile manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, text, branding, and layout, is the intellectual property of Oh Two Clothing (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Your information is used solely to:

  • Process and fulfil orders

  • Communicate regarding purchases

  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with essential service providers such as payment gateways and couriers.

11. Force Majeure

Oh Two Clothing shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, supplier delays, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OH TWO Clothing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses arising from delivery delays or misuse of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to consumers under South African law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes shall be subject to South African courts.

14. Changes to Terms

Oh Two Clothing reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
